Experiencing College Life for Eight Weeks at Stanford

By XuanThu Pham

"Stanford Summer Session was life changing for me because I learned that it was actually really cool to be a nerd - and I met people and made friends from all over the world who I will never forget. Studying for a summer at Stanford University not only showed me how life was as a college student, it showed me how life was for a college student who was willing to take opportunities in research and on-campus activities. It was an unforgettable eye-opening experience where I learned lessons that will serve me a lifetime." --Sofie De Wandel, Summer College Alum, 2012.

High School Summer College is a program for high-achieving, talented, intellectually curious high school students who are 16 and 17 year old and are in their sophomore, junior, or senior years.
