Residential Life
All dormitory rooms are equipped with a bed and a desk for each student. In addition, each room has a private telephone, and all rooms come wired for an Internet connection. Pillows, bed linens, and towels are not provided.
Housing Assignments
All students who accept a housing assignment must sign a Stanford University
Residence Agreement, a legal contract that governs occupancy and conduct in
University housing. If you refuse a housing assignment, you are charged a $50 administrative fee.
If you accept and later cancel an assignment before taking occupancy, you are charged $100-$200.
Specific room and roommate assignments are made by the High School Summer
College Office after students have accepted their place in the residential
program and submitted their individual profiles and Residence Agreement forms.
Room and roommate assignments are not available until the opening day of the program.
Once you take occupancy of your assigned room, you are required
to live in Lagunita Court for the entire period of your summer contract.

and sand volleyball courts, a golf course, and other facilities devoted to track
and field, softball, soccer, and field hockey.
Rolling hills adjacent to campus provide opportunities for

Students are required to remain on campus for the first two weekends of the program.
Under no circumstances are students permitted to miss classes for the duration of the program.
