About the Panelists
Gunnar Counselman (@gcounselman) is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fidelis Education, a venture-backed educational technology startup. As a U.S. Marine, Gunnar served in Iraq, Bosnia, and the Horn of Africa before attending Harvard Business School. After graduating, he worked for several years for Bain & Company before founding Fidelis. He lives in Palo Alto with his wife and son.
Chris Cowart (@chrisjcowart)is a Partner at Montage Ventures and a member of the faculty at Singularity University, a Google-backed incubator. Previously he was the Product, Design, and Innovation executive at TRX Training. Chris also spent 14 years as an Associate Partner at IDEO after earning an MBA at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Chris lives in Redwood City with his wife and children.
Tammy Camp (@tammycamp) is the Distribution Hacker-in-Residence for 500 Startups, where she advises their portfolio on strategies for growing new business. She has facilitated over $1 billion in sales for major companies, helping them profitably enter international markets. She also advises startups in security, consumer, and executive research fields. Tammy lives in San Francisco.
Drew Gorham is the Co-Founder and CEO of AppFactory, where he designs and develops iOS applications. Prior to founding AppFactory, Drew was the Head of Product for AppStem and before that the Director of Strategy and Design for AppMatrix. Drew has developed over 100 apps for everyone from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies, including Tesla and Intel. He lives in San Francisco with his wife.
