About the Panelists
Dara Johnson Treseder, Chief Marketing Officer at GE Ventures
Dara Johnson Treseder is a technology marketing leader with expertise in building and leading high performing marketing teams to: boost brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, engender brand loyalty, create mutually beneficial partnerships, and develop customer advocacy. In 2017, she was described on Inc. Magazine as one of the “30 Inspirational Women to Watch in Tech” and Forbes listed her as one of “9 Marketing Experts CMOs Need To Be Aware Of.” She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for GE Ventures. Previously she led marketing and growth efforts at Apple and Goldman Sachs. Dara is also an internationally recognized champion of public health, women’s issues, and diversity initiatives. She serves on the board of directors of the Public Health Institute.
Matt Bariletti, Lead Project Manager at Banjo
Matt Bariletti is a lead project manager at Banjo. At Banjo, Matt builds and designs products that focus on delightful user experience for clients and customers at scale. Before joining Banjo, Matt was a product manager and user support manager at Declara. He also worked for Google in a sales role as well as a community manager within Google Voice, Blogger & News. Matt holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Art and Communications from the University of Washington.
Tammy Camp, Advisor at NFX Guild
An entrepreneur since the age of 21, Tammy has taken part in numerous successful business endeavors, facilitating over $1 Billion+ in sales. Tammy has collaborated with organizations such as Lloyds TSB, Hotwire.com, Holiday Autos and eBay to scale their businesses on an international level. Tammy also managed media buys resulting in a capital performance track record of 60% return on investment, outperforming the world’s top hedge funds 3 to 1. Tammy also serves as an advisor to numerous startups in the security, consumer Internet and executive research fields. Tammy has been featured in Forbes, USA Today, NPR and the International Business Times. She has also served as a United States delegate for the 2013 YEA G20 Summit in Moscow, Russia and participant for the US Department of State’s “New Beginning: Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation” program, which hosted the top entrepreneurs from over 28 countries. Tammy is a graduate of the GSP11 program at Singularity University at NASA Ames and holds a world record in kiteboarding.
