Term withdrawal deadline; last day to submit Annulment of Summer Registration to withdraw from the University with a partial tuition refund.

Change of grading basis deadline
August 1, 2025 (Fri, 5 p.m. PDT)
Course withdrawal deadline. Students who withdraw from a course prior to this deadline receive a 'W' notation on the transcript. Students who withdraw after this date will receive a grade for the course.

Last day of classes
August 14, 2025 (Thu)
End-Quarter Examinations
August 15–16, 2025 (Fri & Sat)
Summer Bill due**
August 20, 2025 (Wed)
Grades due. Grades will be posted in Axess after this date.
August 26, 2025 (Tue, 11:59 p.m.)

*If your full payment is not received by the published due date, a late payment penalty of 1% of the amount past due may be assessed.
^Students must be enrolled in at least one course by this deadline. Last day to submit Annulment of Summer Registration to withdraw from the University with a full tuition refund.
^^Final day to add or drop a class; no drops are permitted after this point. Last day for tuition reassessment for dropped courses or units. Students may withdraw from a course until the Course Withdrawal deadline and a 'W' notation will appear on the transcript.
**Unpaid amounts may result in financial holds being placed on your student account. Financial holds block future term enrollment and transcript dispersal.
