Checking In

Arrive to Roble Field between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Check in with Summer Session
- Students will proceed to Student Check-In.
- Guests will proceed to Family/Guest Check-In.
Residential students will need their Stanford ID card (SUID) from Check-In to pick up their dorm room assignment.

Student Check-In

All students must check-in to pick up a Stanford ID card (SUID). Be ready to show a government-issued photo ID such as a passport, US driver’s license, or high school ID with a copy of a birth certificate.

Late Student Check-In

If you are a residential student arriving after 4 p.m. on June 22, either planned or a change in plans, late check-in to pick up your Stanford ID card is available at Wilbur Housing Service Center (658 Escondido Rd, Stanford, CA 94305) from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on June 22.

For all non-residential students or residential students arriving after 9 p.m. on June 22, you may check-in and pick up your Stanford ID card at Harmony House (561 Lomita Dr, Stanford, CA 94305) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, June 24.

If you’re unexpectedly arriving after 9 p.m., please email us at summersession@stanford.edu or leave a message at 650-723-3109, so that we can provide instructions.

Need to pick up your ID?

Late check-in continues with the Student Services team at Harmony House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the first week of the quarter (June 24-June 28).

If you’ve submitted your ID card photo prior to your arrival, your ID card can be picked up at Harmony House.

If you have not uploaded your ID card photo, you may need to schedule an appointment with the ID Card Office (459 Lagunita Drive, 2nd Floor, Stanford, CA 94305) to pick up your ID card.
